1. Who does the translation work?

Tranzlate-Translate only uses services supplied by reputable translation agencies in Central Europe. They must have the following attributes:

1.  Must have an established reputation for the quality of their translation work.

2.  They must have been in business for at least three years and have a turnover of
    not less than €500,000 p.a.

3.  Clients of Tranzlate-Translate are entiltled to have references from existing
    clients of the chosen translation partner.

4.  They also must have good record for consistency and delivery within required
    deadlines.

5.  Another important requirement is that they must have satisfactory procedures
    for dealing with client complaints (where justified).

6.  The translation agency selected must offer native speaker translators and
    proofreaders unless otherwise agreed.

7.  It is expected that the contractor for translation services will have access to
    native speaker translators in the target language and with the necessary
    professional knowledge required.
