As the Tranzlate-Translate website is a relatively new kind of service concept for UK and western companies, the references we can give are mainly those of our translator partners. So at this stage, we will concentrate on our references policy when locating and supplying our translation partners.

   It is the usual custom of many translation websites to put long lists of clients that have used their services. At Tranzlate-Translate we prefer to handle this issue in a different way.

    When we locate a translation service provider that is suitable for your project, we will also forward to you a list of 'active' clients to whom they are currently providing services.

    If required, we will also obtain two written references from their client base which will help to build up your confidence in their standard of service. (We would suggest that you do this in any case where you intend to form a long term relationship with the Agency or Translator concerned).

   Another safeguard for you is that once the supplier is acceptable to you and the prices agreed, you have direct contact with the Translation Agency or Translator doing the work. The references supplied are directly relevant to the Agency itself, rather than the intermediary, which is normally the case!  In addition, they invoice you directly for the work and also offer a 100% full satisfaction guarantee.
