Quality Issues

At Tranzlate-Translate we are aware that there can be some quality issues in translation projects. Usually this is confined to misunderstanding of terminology - particularly 'inhouse' terms and expressions. To minimise the effect of this, our policy is to allow direct contact between the translation service provider to build up a good rapport and understanding of each others needs. It is also a good idea in the case of long term projects to use the same suppliers to help them build up a good knowledge of your method of working.

  Added to this, we will only work with translation service providers who give a 100% guarantee that they will put right any work with which the client is not satisfied.     

   However, experience has shown us that a small number of clients try to use some small errors in the translation as a reason to withhold complete payment of the project. To prevent this, we offer all clients an early review of the translated text after the first 250/300 words (roughly one side of an A4 document). If you are satisfied with this then the full project will continue and there will be no right to withhold payment because of the 100% satisfaction guarantee given by the translation service provider. (Occasionally, Tranzlate-Translate may intervene and pass the project to another translation service provider. There will usually be no extra cost for this even if the new translation service provider requires a higher fee for correcting the work).

  If you are unhappy with the sample review, you can cancel the project without any requirement to pay for the work completed.

  Finally, if you cancel a project for your own reasons, you will be required to pay for the work already done on your behalf up to the time of cancellation.
