3. What is to stop me 'going direct' to a Translation Agency?

Normally, Tranzlate-Translate does not deal with 'one-off' jobs (with the exception of an intial trial from the translation service provider)!

  Once the trial has been successfully completed, a 'Frame Agreement' is entered into between the Client Company, Tranzlate-Translate and the Translation Service Provider for 12 months. During that time we encourage direct contact (where required) to resolve standard translation issues such as terminology and other special requirements, etc.

  The role of Tranzlate-Translate is to ensure that quality is maintained, to provide a backup if the translation service provider is unable to undertake the task (yes, they do sometimes hang the 'FULL' sign on their door)!

  Our role is active not passive and we can deal with many issues that arise simply because of the distance! Without our support there would be little recourse if the work turns out to be unsatisfactory!

   A final point is that Central Europe is a long way away from the UK and Western Europe. The small extra fee you pay us guarantees your peace of mind as we represent your interests at every stage in the process!
