2. Can I contact the translation agency direct?

As Tranzlate-Translate is a project management service acting on your behalf, once the contract for translation services has been agreed upon between you as the the client and the translation service provider, we actually encourage direct contact between you and the translation agency offering the service.

   Whether you do so or not usually depends on the complexity of the work involved and the amount of clarification required over terminology issues. Of course Tranzlate-Translate will do this for on your behalf if you prefer.
