Pricing policy

As soon as Tranzlate-Translate receives your project, we assess it to determine who will be the best translation service provider to handle the work. The key factors are: experience in the professional discipline required, their existing client base (an excellent indicator), their availability and accurate pricing.

  Pricing is based on the number of characters in the final document unless otherwise agreed.

  The only extras that will be added are when you give extra instructions or additional material to be translated which will be priced and sent to you for approval before the work commences.

  The price of translating between different language pairs may vary as the translation service providers of less common languages can always command a higher fee on the market!

  Tranzlate-Translate will also agree with you a project management fee which is payable at the end of the project or in agreed stages if the project is very large and ongoing.
