Contractual Issues

As soon as Tranzlate-Translate receives your request for a project price quotation, we will send you an agreement which establishes a Project Manager/Client relationship between us. There is nothing to pay for this and you will only pay the agreed project management  fee after the project has been completed (or in stages if a longer term project)!

   The contract will also contain a term to restrict your right to approach the translation service provider direct for 12 months after we contact them for a tender price or after the completion of each project.

   We then place your project with a suitable translation service provider who will issue a quote which, if acceptable to you, will be followed by a contract directly from the translation service provider concerned.

   There are two forms of agreement. The first is for a 'one-off' translation. The second is called a ‘Form Agreement'  which is used where a longer term relationship between yourselves and the translation service provider is intended. Most of our contracts fall into this category.
