New to our services?

If you have not heard of Tranzlate-Translate before (or have been recommended to us) it is natural that you will be very cautious about handing your documents to an organization based in Central Europe.

    Security questions are bound to come to mind as well as capability and quality issues. To help ease your mind we do the following:

1.  We give you full  contact information about ourselves, phone & fax numbers, our
    head office address, company registration, tax number and bank account.

2.  We only use top quality translation service providers based in the Central
    European region who will supply you with excellent references of the clients for
    whom they regularly work.

3.  The invoice you receive for the work comes directly from the translation service
    provider and not from us. Our invoice is purely for the agreed project manage-
    ment fee, usually payable on satisfactory completion of the project.

4.  In the early stages, we will forward early samples of the translated text to ensure
    that you are happy with the quality of the work. If you are not, you can cancel
    without any charge. (Normally a maximum of 250 words).

5.  We only work with clients who have are in business and have regular translation  
    needs. This policy reduces the number of projects we have on going at any one
    time which gives us more time to monitor the projects we accept.
